I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Tiago was throughout the entire home purchase & sale process. From the work he did prior with my parents home, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. He's a true pro. If you are moving Or selling your home-there is only one realtor to use--and that is my dear friend Tiago. He pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Dina and Carol have established a business known for intelligent and experienced selling and listing of homes. I was very impressed with no matter what time, what day when I text, or called they were prompt with a reply or visit. They helped with the staging of my house and furnished a list of people who could help with my needs. Being an elderly senior I was nervous upon the sale, but they made me comfortable and both were competent in contract negotiations. Dina Velez and Carol Smith were extremely professional and made the selling process easier than expected. Living out-of-state was not a problem, from communications to signing papers online.
